I led the digitalization of service operations by building a comprehensive online booking system that manages everything from fleet inventory to automated scheduling. Through a user-centered redesign, I streamlined the reservation process, boosting operational efficiency by 60%. The platform includes a robust admin control panel and dynamic content tools for agents to manage promotions and units. To ensure seamless transactions, I integrated QRIS payments, and implemented a WhatsApp Bot for automated confirmations and real-time customer notifications.

In this project, I developed a comprehensive cooperative submission system built on the Laravel 12 framework. The system implements a strictly governed multi-stage approval process and a robust permission hierarchy tailored to organizational roles. Beyond the core application logic, I focused on data integrity by designing a normalized MySQL database schema. A key highlight of my contribution was the creation of custom Laravel CLI tools for automated scaffolding; this self-initiated tool optimized the team's development cycle by automating repetitive tasks and reducing technical debt caused by manual input errors.

Developed custom Odoo-based ERP modules for Hospital Information Systems and Library Management Systems, streamlining complex administrative workflows and ensuring data synchronization across departments.
