Through a user-centered redesign, I streamlined the reservation process, boosting operational efficiency by 60%. The platform includes a robust admin control panel and dynamic content tools for agents to manage promotions and units. To ensure seamless transactions, I integrated QRIS payments, and implemented a WhatsApp Bot for automated confirmations and real-time customer notifications.
